About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our client's customers. This will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions, as well as providing training and documentation to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grid Support:
    • Provide technical support for Infoblox Grid, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Grid join, licensing, and configuration.
    • Collaborate with the Firewall team to ensure the necessary ports are open and secure.
  • DDI Support:
    • Provide technical support for Infoblox DDI solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
    • Configure and manage DNS Name Server Groups, DHCP Failover Associations, Network Views, and Extensible Attributes.
    • Import IPAM Networks and Network Containers from CSV files.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
    • Configure administrators, admin groups, roles, and permissions.
    • Restrict access to the GUI, API, or CLI as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in network administration and Infoblox technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
