About the Role:
This is a newly created role for a growing business within the Financial Services sector. As the Systems Delivery Director, you will be responsible for managing the complete delivery of system changes and technical updates to meet both client and business needs, including regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resources and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of system developments and support.
- Oversee system support, including technical, application, and business support, ensuring that the systems are reliable, secure, and compliant.
- Coach and mentor your team, set objectives, and drive professional development.
- Provide leadership and drive change roadmap to ensure our business operating model remains efficient and aligned with best practices.
Requirements:
This is a Senior Management role, so we're looking for strong leadership and management experience. You'll ideally have managed one of either a Development Team or Application Support team.
