We are the leading specialist advisor for buying and selling businesses in our sectors - hospitality, leisure, and retail - hotels, pubs, restaurants, childcare, healthcare, convenience retail, and medical. Our team has a network of 13 offices in the UK along with 12 in Europe. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team.
  • Once you have gained an understanding of the sector, you will be responsible for a variety of meetings including 'inspections' (client pitches) with business owners, liaising with sector professionals/introducers, delivering presentations, and attending industry events.
  • Estimating the value of the business using the correct estimation calculations and processes.
  • Preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries from interested parties, encouraging offers, and negotiating sales.
  • Progressing sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors.
  • Utilising our advanced CRM system to manage the sale processes and deliver real-time, accurate reporting.
  • Developing your own portfolio of business sales across the region.
  • Networking with fellow professionals, industry contacts, and influencers.
Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Previous experience within a commercial agency business;
  • Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience of working with CRM systems;
