About the Role

Link Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Accounting Specialist to join their team. As a Fund Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for a portfolio of clients.
  2. Assist with the preparation of management accounts and accompanying schedules.
  3. Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, trades, and bank transactions.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  5. Assist with client auditor queries and liaise with auditors as required.
  6. Develop and maintain technical accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Contribute to the effective implementation of new business and fund changes.
  8. Support the maintenance of operational data for KPI reporting.

Requirements

  1. Graduate or currently studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 1-2 years relevant experience.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  3. Demonstrably methodical and highly organized, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  4. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  5. Previous experience with Yardi Voyager and/or Simcorp Dimeson is desirable.
  6. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with a strong attention to detail.
  7. Able to work with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  8. Able to use own initiative and work through issues with minimal supervision.
