About the Role
The Office Manager is a key position that ensures the smooth operation of our headquarters. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee all aspects of our office, including staff management, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the Director to achieve team goals and objectives
- Prepare and submit reports on key metrics and team performance
- Manage staff absences and ensure adequate coverage
- Identify and address training needs and trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
