We are an emerging Data Center construction company with projects spanning the globe. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our UK team in a hybrid role.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator with a strong focus on Office 365 and SharePoint administration to ensure the effective deployment, management, and optimization of our cloud-based services. This role includes strategic planning, hands-on administration, and maintaining multi-tenant environments to support seamless communication, collaboration, and data management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Office 365 Enterprise (E5) services to meet business needs.
  • Develop and enforce policies for Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Teams, Defender, Co-Pilot, SSO, and other related Microsoft applications.
  • Assess, configure, and monitor the stability, security, and scalability of Windows 10/11 Pro, macOS, and mobile OS systems.
  • Provide technical support to staff, vendors, and system users both on-site and remotely, with availability during off-hours when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on Office 365 and SharePoint administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365, including Entra Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Experience deploying and managing Office 365 services in multi-tenant environments.
  • Expertise in SharePoint administration, including site creation, permission management, and external sharing.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified:
  • Basic understanding of networking and its impact on IT system configurations.
  • Flexibility for shift work, with occasional weekend and on-call availability.
