Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Assistant to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to our Global Vice President of Sales and ensure the smooth execution of customer visits and events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide principal administrative support to the Global Vice President of Sales, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Customer Visit Planning: Plan and execute customer visits and events, ensuring all logistics are in place, including catering, entertainment, transportation, and audio/visual equipment.
  3. Database Management: Maintain the Gulfstream customer relationship management database for the region, prepare aircraft sales quotes and proposals, and track division expenditures.
  4. Marketing and Events: Assist in the coordination and execution of regional air shows and marketing events, and participate in local on-site activities as needed.
  5. Office Operations: Perform all operational aspects of the office, including shipping and receiving, data and records storage.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in Additional Languages: Fluency in additional languages is preferred.
  2. Office Accounts: Must be able to handle office accounts.
  3. Microsoft Office: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and have experience with Salesforce.
  4. Confidentiality: Must have the ability to use independent judgment and manage and impart confidential information.
  5. Communication Skills: Must have strong verbal and communication skills, and be able to represent themselves in a positive and professional manner.
