We are currently seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant. This permanent part-time position offers 30 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 4 PM. The successful candidate will provide support to our branches in various locations, ensuring flexibility to cover additional branches as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a compassionate guide for clients during the funeral arrangement process, ensuring their needs and wishes are met with sensitivity and care.
- Oversee the accuracy of funeral arrangements, memorial orders, and aftercare services, maintaining communication with families throughout.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, providing reassurance to clients regarding our services.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure the respectful care of the deceased and facilitate family visits.
- Engage with the community to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in IT and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilient and capable of working independently.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions.
- Willingness to travel between branches as required.
