Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead projects centered around HVAC designs in our Derby office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects, liaising with clients and contractors, completing site surveys, and developing existing engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and teams of engineers to deliver high-quality HVAC designs
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a building services consultancy
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Experience with design and delivery of projects as a Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience with producing project specifications, suitability, and design monitoring
  • Working knowledge of Hevacomp/Prodesign, Revit, AutoCAD
