About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Mid-Market Sales team at Lyreco Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Mid-Market sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships and accounts effectively, with a focus on new business development and account growth.
  • Maintain and grow existing business accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Develop and implement account development plans, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Launch new accounts and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
