Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at APT Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the hard facilities management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience, specifically within the hard facilities management sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with clients at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • FM qualification desirable but not essential.
  • English and Maths High level education/qualifications to support the job requirements.
