About the Role

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pensions Governance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective governance of our pension operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with reporting to senior governance committees, including the Business Risk & Control Committee and Executive Committees.
  • Produce high-quality management reports in line with agreed reporting schedules, ensuring timely distribution against Service Level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate information flows from partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint materials, including refreshing templates and quality-assuring work produced by others.
  • Work on PowerPoint and Excel data files, receipting, storing, amalgamating, and creating summaries of key themes.
Requirements
  • Experience of producing high-quality reports for senior audiences in demanding timeframes.
  • Ability to learn new work/activities quickly.
  • Strong/intermediate experience of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OneNote.
  • Experience of using Teams & SharePoint to store/retrieve files.
  • Extracting data from in-house systems.
  • Experience of either the Senior Manager Regime (UK) or the SEAR regime (Europe) would be an advantage.
  • Experience of providing materials intended for formal Board meetings or regulators would be an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
  • Tenacious and prepared to see things through to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail essential.
  • Organised/structured in approach with the ability to prioritise effectively when faced with competing deadlines.
  • Focused on quality of output as well as the speed of delivery.
