  • As a key member of the team, you will report to the Head of DC and be responsible for overseeing, managing, and further developing all DC Governance measures across the DC Pension arrangements.
  • Your main focus will be to provide high-quality Pension scheme management and Trustee services to the Boards, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and maintaining key Trustee policies.
  • You will also be responsible for identifying solutions to complex queries, assessing, and communicating the impact of any legislative and regulatory changes on the DC arrangements.

High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

A strong background in Pension schemes, particularly DC Pension schemes, is required, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
