Key Responsibilities
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the operational oversight of the Adult Eating Disorders Team. Key duties include providing clinical leadership, managing personnel and financial resources, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, coordinating care delivery, and addressing unexpected challenges.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to facilitate service enhancement and meet the Trust's strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will assist the team in adapting operational policies to align with service transformations, implement innovative practices, and provide visible support to team members.

Job Duties

Education and Qualifications

- Registered Nurse/Occupational Therapist/Clinical Psychologist/Social Work qualification.
