Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team at MKJ Ignite. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO & Managing Director, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO & Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive workspace.
  • Process customer orders, manage invoices, and oversee payment collections.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and keep an eye on company expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
