Square 4 Partners is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our team for a 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide critical support in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate annual audit activities, ensuring seamless interactions between auditors and control owners.
  • Analyze incident and breach forms, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain business policies and procedures.
  • Create and distribute internal reports, including management information and regulatory updates.
  • Track and maintain various logs and calendars to ensure compliance and timely submission of reports.
  • Conduct monitoring of key operational areas, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in a regulated industry, particularly financial services.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, capable of engaging at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of IT environments.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of current regulatory trends and requirements.

**Working Arrangements:**

Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

**Salary:** £350 per day (3-month contract).
