As a Housekeeping Professional, your role is crucial in delivering an outstanding guest experience, encompassing tasks from maintaining public areas to ensuring hotel suites are pristine.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel cleaning, specifically as a room attendant or in public area maintenance
  • Experience in addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate with a diverse hotel team
