Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and order in both public areas and guest suites.

Key Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel cleaning, specifically as a room attendant or in public area maintenance
  • Proficiency in addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate effectively within a diverse hotel team
