About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in managing the construction site expenditure and payments for the Colindale Station Redevelopment project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with forecasting the cost of project activities and tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
  • Support the selecting and/or sourcing of contractors and/or subcontractors to work on the construction stage of the project.
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
  • Adaptively manage the project budget and ensure timely payments to subcontractors.
