Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Leicestershire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing construction projects, supervising a team, and ensuring the successful delivery of QS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing effective time management strategies.
  • Act as the principal point of contact with clients and design teams.
  • Supervise Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Apprentices, helping them to fulfill their potential.
  • Follow the company's Quality Management System in delivering services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in running own projects quantity surveying and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in measurement, ideally using CostX Measurement Software.
  • Experience in running projects independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Driving license and a car.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or a related field.
