Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost management of our projects.

About the Role:
  • Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost plans for construction projects.
  • Contribute to the cost control and management of projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Pursue professional certification or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
