Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost management of construction projects. This will involve working closely with our experienced team to ensure financial efficiency and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost plans
  • Contribute to cost control and management of construction projects
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Develop strong analytical and numerical skills through hands-on experience
  • Gain knowledge of construction project cost management and best practices
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Professional certification or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
