Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el Director de Recaudación de Fondos, el candidato seleccionado brindará apoyo integral e inspiración a las personas que participan en eventos, desafíos y actividades benéficas, y ayudará a gestionar su progreso. Además, contribuirá al desarrollo de nuevas iniciativas de recaudación de fondos y diversificará los ingresos de la organización.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Resolver consultas diarias sobre el funcionamiento de las páginas de recaudación de fondos en línea a medida que surjan, así como consultas más generales sobre recaudación de fondos.
  • Desarrollar una relación y proporcionar asesoramiento, motivación y apoyo a los participantes en nuestros desafíos únicos a través de llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos.
  • Realizar seguimientos con personas que enfrentan dificultades y alentarlas a cumplir con los plazos de recaudación.
  • Convertirse en experto en el uso de la plataforma de registro de recaudación de fondos Give Star.
  • Identificar a los recaudadores de fondos más destacados que participan en eventos y ofrecer un apoyo más personalizado, desarrollando un pipeline cuando sea apropiado.
  • Realizar seguimientos a los recaudadores que no cumplen con los plazos para ofrecer apoyo y motivación adicional.
  • Agradecer a los donantes por teléfono, correo electrónico y carta.
  • Promover actividades entre los donantes.
  • Comunicar problemas y responder consultas internas de recaudación de fondos de otros equipos.
  • Registrar todas las comunicaciones en la base de datos ThankQ.
  • Ayudar a gestionar los procesos y la administración de artículos de recaudación de fondos como cajas de recolección, cubos y pancartas.
  • Asistir en el desarrollo de actividades de recaudación de fondos, como trabajar con grupos de recaudación, recaudación comunitaria, promoción de la lotería, donantes mensuales, posibles legados y campañas de donación.
  • Aportar experiencia y asesoramiento para ayudar en el crecimiento y desarrollo de nuevas fuentes de ingresos.
  • Asistir a eventos según sea necesario y redactar publicaciones para redes sociales, blogs y correos electrónicos para comunicaciones masivas.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de informes para los Fideicomisarios.



Habilidades y Experiencia

  • Experiencia en al menos un área de recaudación de fondos y haber trabajado en un departamento de recaudación de fondos.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente, incluyendo la comunicación telefónica y la capacidad de construir relaciones.
  • Buenas habilidades para resolver problemas y comprensión de la tecnología actual.
  • Experiencia en multitarea y priorización, con sólida experiencia administrativa.
  • Atención al detalle, tanto verbal como escrita.
  • Experiencia digital en línea y, preferiblemente, en el uso de una base de datos de recaudación de fondos.
  • Capacidad para redactar textos atractivos para correos electrónicos y redes sociales, así como influir y motivar a las personas.
  • Interés y/o experiencia en fitness, salud y caminatas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción y comprensión de los principios de un buen servicio al cliente y las responsabilidades de una organización benéfica hacia sus donantes y seguidores.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en todos los niveles: telefónica, escrita y personal.
  • Cómodo con la numeración y capaz de realizar cálculos simples.
  • Capacidad para motivar e influir en otros.
  • Autónomo y capaz de pensar de manera creativa.
  • Confidente y amigable, con un carácter optimista y positivo.
  • Buen jugador de equipo.
  • Motivado y enérgico.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con plazos en entornos presionados, tanto proactivos como reactivos.
