Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to engage with our supporters and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with our charity partners to understand their needs and develop tailored fundraising plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our fundraisers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our charity challenges and engage our supporters.
  • Monitor and analyze fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of fundraising software and systems, preferably including CRM and donation management tools.
