About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Rushyfields Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, following their individual care plans
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with their medication, meals, and mobility
- Engage residents in leisure and social activities, promoting their physical and mental well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
