Exercise proportionality for practical solutions given the bank's size. * Support and ensure an effective continuous integration and delivery pipeline exists to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms across SDLC, whilst insuring releases can be rolled back safely if necessary. * Lead and steward the management of technology projects through its life cycle, including resources planning, budget monitoring, clients' expectation management, change management, contingency planning, risk assessment and mitigation. * Implementing metrics, processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Co-ordinate formulation of solution architecture, estimates costs, and ensure projects meet defined requirements. * Establish policies and procedures established by industry standards and norms, as well as lead and develop team with coaching in best practices and technologies. * Participate in defining and implementing a consistent application delivery and management strategy and governance structure. * Support the process of identifying and selecting new applications to meet a specific business purpose when the need arises. * Facilitate application review meetings around technical design, decision-making, and problem-solving to ensure quality solutions and services are delivered. Requirements: * Experience working in Banking * Experience in Application development, design & integration * Previous experience in a direct supervisory role or advanced technical leadership * Proven delivery in Change delivery and project management * Proven experience of providing assurance on applications across multiple users * Relevant experience of managing a team of IT analysts and developers including third-party management of suppliers and vendors (including budgeting & prioritizing resources, leading, coaching, developing & motivating staff * Good knowledge of application testing approaches * Good knowledge of application architecture and digital: concepts, practices, and tools * A deep understanding of the enterprise's business and industry, key principles of business and competitive strategy, and evolving digital and technology trends * Sound knowledge of Project delivery methods, including SAFe
