About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Solution Architecture to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our Architecture Practice, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of architecture solutions across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of architecture solutions from project initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior technical leaders, architects, and engineers to drive strategic growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure EPAM's Architecture Practice remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Architect, Director of Architecture, or CTO with a strong background in software development, platform delivery, and architecture design.
  • Excellent industry experience, ideally in one or two core industry sectors, with a deep understanding of major functional capabilities and common platform solutions.
  • Strong experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering technology streams for large-scale complex transformation projects.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior management on technical solutions.
