About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) - F93 team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Builder experience and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencing Change: Foster an environment of inclusion for our Builders, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the business.
- Problem Solving and Influencing: Develop and implement solutions to complex problems, leveraging HR expertise and consulting skills to drive business results.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Partner with leaders at multiple levels of the organization to develop forward-looking strategies and goals focused on the Builder experience.
- HR Fundamentals: Apply HR fundamentals to drive business outcomes, including talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations, and other HR functions.
- Builder Support: Provide support to our Builders and their leaders, aligned to an AWS business line or region, calling on HR expertise and empathy.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Skills: Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis, experience consulting on complex performance management cases, employee relations/investigations experience, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee issues in Human Resources.
