Team Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our team at Richmond Fellowship. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-line staff and ensuring the quality of service and support provided to individuals with enduring mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line manage front-line staff and organize building maintenance requirements
  • Ensure the quality of service and support provided to individuals with enduring mental health issues
  • Carry out inductions, investigations, and team development plans
  • Support the business development team and contribute to the achievement of 'Outstanding' at our next CQC inspection

Requirements

  • Substantial experience of managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs
  • Outcome-driven and able to lead by example using a firm but inclusive management style
  • Flexible attitude to working hours and willingness to participate in on-call arrangements
  • Experience of carrying out investigations, writing reports/recommendations, or managing budgets is desirable

Working Arrangements

  • This is a permanent full-time role requiring the post holder to work 37.5 hours per week
