Job Title: Office Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Office Team Leader to join our team at Ampa - Legal & Professional Services. As a key member of our Business Operations Group, you will be responsible for leading the Workplace functions, ensuring high-quality services are provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Workplace functions, including front of house, building service, and print/post and reprographics teams.
  • Ensure services are provided effectively, efficiently, and at best value, meeting agreed service levels.
  • Coach and direct team members as needed, communicating clearly and often.
  • Act as an agent for change, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Support our Responsible Business team in maintaining legal reporting and BCorp accreditation.
  • Manage customer relationships, service delivery, and contract management.
  • Oversee budget management, project management, space planning, and emergency call-outs.
  • People management, including a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing deployment and operational delivery in a similar environment.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365/Teams and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of document/case management systems, Cloud, and workflow technologies.
  • Demonstrable experience in printer and production scanner fleet management.
  • Strong experience in delivering projects and change, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, enabling prioritisation and management of multiple tasks.
  • Strong business analysis, process mapping, and facilitation skills.
