Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Parker Jones Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including PAT, electrical condition reports, emergency lighting testing, and fire alarm testing.
  • Involvement in maintenance of UPS, generators, and servicing, including load tests.
  • Electrical testing and inspection.
  • Full domestic electrical rewiring.
  • Electrical installation to kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Electrical installation of domestic heating systems.
  • Diagnosing jobs thoroughly, identifying necessary materials, and coordinating with other trades for project completion.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition qualification (desirable).
  • 2391 or equivalent in inspecting and testing (essential).
  • PASMA/IPAF (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Working knowledge of Legionella.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an electrical maintenance/building environment.
