We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our client's administrative team at Profiles Personnel Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for financial services to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with policy providers to obtain policy details and illustrations
- Process new business applications from start to finish
- Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including annual planning meeting packs
- Respond to client enquiries and liaise directly with clients
- Send prepared investment information and reports to clients
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry
- At least a year's experience in financial services administration, ideally in client and advisor support
- LP2 or CII qualifications advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Confident interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent benefits package, including sponsorship for exams

- A supportive and dynamic work environment
