IFA Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our team at Profiles Personnel. As a key member of our financial planning and investment firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input client details into our in-house system
  • Manage new business administration, including liaising with clients and product providers
  • Ensure client files are compliant and up-to-date
  • Support advisers with meeting preparation and client communication
  • Contribute to wider company projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Background in Financial Services or Paraplanning preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD
