Position: Sales Development Representative at ConnectWise

Join the ConnectWise team as a Sales Development Representative, where you will be instrumental in enhancing our sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business prospects. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing leads, engaging with current clients, and establishing connections with potential partners to initiate the sales journey.

This role requires you to be present in our London office four days a week, offering a competitive base salary complemented by uncapped commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing essential support to the sales team with meticulous attention to detail
  • Assisting in the onboarding and mentoring of new team members as needed
  • Conducting proactive outbound calls to drive business expansion (aiming for 50+ calls daily)
  • Leveraging industry insights and ConnectWise's distinctive selling propositions to generate leads through cold outreach, emails, and digital platforms
  • Identifying organizational needs through a consultative approach to comprehend business objectives, challenges, processes, and areas for improvement
  • Facilitating sales advancement and cultivating a robust pipeline by scheduling qualified meetings
  • Aligning the appropriate solutions with relevant opportunities while remaining informed about the latest software and product offerings
