Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the field engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Work closely with Service Centre staff to manage invoicing, call handling, and time sheet consolidation.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our system, Protean, by processing reports and recording data.
  • Process engineer timesheets and commissions for manager assessment.
  • Support the final stages of invoicing and maintain an up-to-date employee holiday record.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
