About the Role: They are seeking a talented and proactive Administrator to support their business principal and key staff. Youll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to their clients, working closely with their advisers to ensure smooth operations and efficient client management. What Youll Do: Provide administrative support to advisers, ensuring the highest level of client service. Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke software to handle reports, documentation, and communications. Assist in preparing financial plans and reports for clients. What Were Looking For: Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with a solid academic background. Experience in a financial planning practice is a clear advantage. Qualifications in financial services or related sectors would be a bonus.
