**Location**:Lisburn
**Hours**:40 hours a week working Monday - Friday.
The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.
We have a **new opportunity** for a **Workshop** **Administrator** to join our friendly and supportive Workshop team based in **Lisburn.**
**In this role you will be**:
- Maintaining links with departments through the organisation of Service, Parts, Sales, and Short-Term Hire.
- Providing administrative support** **updating departments on schedules and internal planning.
- Maintaining effective communication between departments keeping them informed and managing expectations.
- Co-ordinating and controlling flow of equipment throughout the region.
- Supporting the regional team in activities to deliver excellent customer service.
- Responding to queries from departments within the region.
- Processing reports and recording accurate data and follow up action where necessary.
- Supporting Managers in planning of service work and meet customers’ expectations.
**What will help you to excel in this role**:
- Previous administrative experience within a busy office or workshop.
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and team player.
- Knowledge of Plant/Agri/Motor trade industry (however not essential)
