Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive access to Nuffield Health's extensive array of services.
  • Engage and inspire members to achieve their fitness aspirations and embrace a healthier lifestyle.
  • Deliver a variety of training sessions and consultations with confidence.
  • Conduct high-quality inductions, personal best programs, group training, and personal training sessions, along with general gym responsibilities.
  • Experience clear career advancement opportunities with pathways to progress into leadership and management roles.
  • Take advantage of further training opportunities through our in-house Personal Best program, including upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycling, as well as additional CPD options.

Note: Salary is calculated based on a 40-hour work week, consisting of 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours dedicated to personal training sessions. As your client base expands, you will reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your earning potential.

During the probation period, all contracts will require a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to ensure a guaranteed base salary. Your earnings will increase as you build your personal training clientele.

Personal training sessions operate on a sliding scale; the more sessions you conduct, the greater your potential earnings.
