About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Fitness Professional to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne. As a Fitness Advisor, you will play a key role in inspiring and transforming the lives of our members by providing personalized fitness assessments, developing tailored workout plans, and leading group fitness classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions to members.
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop customized workout plans to help members achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Motivate and support members in their fitness journeys, providing guidance and encouragement to help them reach their full potential.
- Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean, and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques, incorporating cutting-edge knowledge into your coaching and training methods.
- Monitor and drive performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to member engagement, class attendance, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Hold a recognized qualification in fitness instruction, such as REPs Level 2.
- Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our members.
- Desirable qualifications include HND level in Health and Fitness, Level 3 or equivalent Gym Instruction/Personal Training, or Group Exercise qualifications.
