Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Hampshire. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide technical product training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of our products.
  • Support the organization of trade exhibitions and other marketing events to showcase our products and services.
  • Work in a dynamic team environment, handling sales enquiries, and providing proactive customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in developing a career in sales and customer relationships.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, either in person or over the phone, with a clear ability to build customer rapport and establish strong relationships.
  • Competent user of office technology, including the effective use of Excel for specification calculations.
  • Some knowledge or work experience that demonstrates the ability to talk technically.
  • Previous sales experience, especially in a B2B environment, would be helpful but not necessary.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
