About the Role:- Handle client staff requirements and take job specifications
- Prepare recruitment adverts and register potential staff
- Manage staff and ensure client care levels
- Develop First Choice business levels throughout the North Down area
This is a full-time recruitment role with a focus on developing business levels through telephone sales, marketing activities, job fairs, open days, client visits, and developing contacts with local business organizations.
Requirements:- Recruitment experience or sales-oriented background
- Self-motivated and able to develop a career
- Own car essential (non-drivers will not be considered)
We offer a competitive salary, quarterly bonus, OTE £32,000 per annum, pension, paid holidays, and full training.
