About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Blackpool. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with their daily living needs, promoting independence, and empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with their daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encouraging and enabling individuals to participate in community activities and develop their daily living skills.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide person-centered support and guidance.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a sense of humor.
  • Ability to work flexibly and cover shifts as required.
