About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Junior Sister in Gynaecology Outpatients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of nursing staff, and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in Gynaecology Outpatients
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Significant post-registration experience in Gynaecology
  • Excellent clinical skills and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
