About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Health Visiting Team as a key leadership figure. As a Registered healthcare professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in public health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to families and children in the community.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Health Visiting Team, ensuring effective care planning and collaboration with service users and carers.
- Undertake direct clinical work for at least 80% of your time, providing expert healthcare services to families and children.
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Facilitate reflection on service delivery and identify areas for improvement, driving quality enhancements and best practices.

Requirements:
