Main Duties and Responsibilities- Contribute to antenatal and postnatal care programs, ensuring that expectant and new mothers receive the necessary support and guidance.
- Complete HCP mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding procedures, prioritizing the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Support the supervision and development of colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Undertake a range of clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes for families and the service, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to drive positive change.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, sharing your insights and expertise to inform decision-making and drive service improvement.
- Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes the delivery of high-quality care.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC registration) with a health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6.
- Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice, including Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the area of practice, with practical experience in managing health-related projects and complex caseloads.
- Experience of leading and managing teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes.
