Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC registration) with a health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6.
- Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice, including Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the area of practice, with practical experience in managing health-related projects and complex caseloads.
- Experience of leading and managing teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes.
