About You

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Finance Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

About The Role

This is a varied role that will give you the opportunity to learn about working in a team and develop your skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, expense claims, and sales invoicing, as well as supporting payroll and other financial activities. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a range of ad hoc tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support payroll and other financial activities
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of financial reports and analysis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
  • GCSEs at Grade 4 and above in English and Maths
