Job Title: Audit Supervisor Not for Profit

We're seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Audit team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audits that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audits within agreed timescales.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, exercising judgement within agreed parameters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities and providing exceptional service.
  • Supervise and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent qualification.
  • Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Experience of conducting rigorous project and financial management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
