Job Title: Audit Director - Not for ProfitWe are seeking an experienced Audit Director to join our Not for Profit team. As an Audit Director, you will be responsible for leading audit teams and delivering high-quality audit services to our clients in the education, social housing, and charity sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead audit teams and deliver high-quality audit services to clients in the Not for Profit sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and develop audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional audit services.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in audit regulations and standards, ensuring our audit services are always compliant and of the highest quality.
- Collaborate with other teams within BDO UK to deliver integrated services to our clients.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing audit teams and delivering high-quality audit services.
- Strong knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Experience of systems and controls testing, as well as substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures.
- Project management experience.
