To facilitate our expansion, we are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to enhance our UK operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute static calculations for composite elements.
2. Offer technical assistance to clients through various communication channels.
3. Develop technical schematics according to project specifications.
4. Conduct site visits to deliver on-site technical guidance and training.
5. Organize training sessions and produce support documentation for clients.
6. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address intricate challenges.
7. Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of support workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrated experience in technical support, design, or a comparable position.
3. Proficient in CAD software applications.
4. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
7. Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
1. Familiarity with Revit, ArchiCAD, or other 3D modeling software.
2. Understanding of SandStat software.
3. Background in the sandwich panel or modular construction industry.
