Role Overview:
If you have a passion for retail and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, the Sales and Store Assistant position at 8Bits is ideal for you. In this role, you will interact with customers, drive sales, and assist in maintaining store operations. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring the efficient operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor, offering product insights and tailored recommendations.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Uphold store presentation by organizing products, restocking shelves, and arranging promotional displays.
- Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and overseeing stock rotation.
- Address customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote products and support sales initiatives through in-store promotions.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate in store opening and closing tasks, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and high operational standards.
